GRINDER
We are hiring a Grinder
Your responsibilities :
- operation of conventional machines for grinding surfaces, holes and shafts (on centers, in a grinding holder, on a magnetic holder),
- grinding of steel and bronze parts with a tolerance of 0.005mm,
- inter-operational measurement and ready-made elements,
- minimizing the probability of defects and failures in manufactured parts
Our requirements:
- ability to read a technical drawing,
- grinding experience min. 2 years,
- ability to measure with bore gauges, gauges, micrometers, depth gauges etc.
- accuracy in the work performed, analytical thinking ability, ambition, initiative, commitment,
- communicativeness, ability to work in a team, responsibility,
- driving license category B,
- technical education in the field of machining is welcome.

AUTOMATION ENGINEER - ROBOTICS
We are employing an experienced automation engineer – robotics
Responsibilities:
- Offline and online programming of industrial robots
- Programming of industrial controllers
- Creating process visualization on operator panels
- Designing automation systems
- Preparation of technical documentation
- Commissioning machines and technological lines at customers’ premises
Expectations:
- Higher technical education: major in Automation and Robotics or related
- Professional experience in a similar position, min. 2 years
- Knowledge of PLC controllers and operator panels (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- Experience in programming robots (preferably KUKA and ABB) – welcome
- Experience in creating robot simulations (e.g. KUKA.SimPro, Process Simulate) – much appreciated
- Knowledge of other control systems would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the English language at the communicative level
- Ability to read technical documentation, electrical diagrams
- SEP permissions up to 1kV – welcome
- Driving license category B

We are hiring a mechanic – industrial machinery fitter
Place of work: Krakow
Responsibilities:
- Mechanical assembly of industrial machines based on a 3D model and assembly documentation
- Participation in the technological start-up of machines
- Cooperation with the design department
- Troubleshooting
Expectation:
- Technical knowledge in the field of building industrial machines
- Ability to read technical drawing and pneumatic diagrams
- Knowledge of materials used in mechanical engineering
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Experience in the assembly of pneumatic and power hydraulics systems
- Professional experience in a similar position, min. 5 years

CNC OPERATOR - PROGRAMMER
We are looking for an experienced person to work as a programmer / CNC operator
Responsibilities:
- Support for CNC and conventional milling machines ( unit production ),
- measurement of finished items,
- creating programs for DMG milling machines,
- minimizing the probability of defects and failures in manufactured parts,
- supervising the timeliness and course of individual tasks,
- shift work.
Requirements :
- Student / graduate in mechanics and machine construction / mechatronics or after technical school in machining,
- ability to read technical drawing,
- machining experience min. 3 years,
- the ability to create 2D / 3D drawing documentation will be an advantage,
- analytical thinking, ambition, initiative, commitment,
- communication, team collaboration, responsibility,
- driving license, category b,
- knowledge of Heidenhain iTNC 530 Heidenhain iTNC 640
controls will be an advantage

We are looking for an experienced person to work as a constructor
Responsibilities:
- Creation of machine concepts ,
- 3D design of machine parts,
- Preparation of design, technical and operational documentation,
- Develop a project by analyzing the input data,
- Preparation of the substantive part of the project in accordance with the needs of the potential client,
- Cooperation with the production and assembly departments as well as the project manager,
- Responsibility for maintaining efficient communication between departments,
- Own work organization,
- Prevention of defects and failures at all stages of implementation.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferably: Mechanics and Machine Design, Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics),
- At least 3 years of experience in working in a similar position in the Automotive industry ,
- Knowledge of Solid Works and AutoCAD / Draft Sight supported by experience,
- Ability to read and create 2D drawing documentation,
- Fluency in MS Office,
- Good knowledge of English and / or German,
- Ability to think analytically, ambition, independence, commitment,
- Communication, teamwork, responsibility, punctuality,
- Driving license, category B.
